Bright red, hard-pulling and the best fish tacos in Baja. A panga specialty.
Pargo live in the rocks and fight straight back into them. We fish them at first light with live sardine and heavy leader, close enough to the cliffs that you can hear the surf. Cubera and dog snapper over 30 pounds show up every season.
