The fastest strike in the ocean and, many guests say, the best-eating fish we bring to the dock.
Wahoo show up when the water is warmest, usually late August into November, and they hit like a freight train. We rig wire leaders and troll faster than usual around the Cerralvo ridges. One good wahoo feeds a family for a week.
